Can Toast payroll pay the withholdings directly?

I am an accountant for Al & Ernies in Battle Ground, WA. We use Gusto for all of our payroll but not for Al & Ernies. Can Toast take the total amount of paychecks, and pay the withholdings for employee and employer directly?
