Self-Directed training

I am new to the program. I'd like to take the Get Started with xtraCHEF class. However, the only sessions are at 8:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. Neither of these times is convenient for me. Is there a syllabus available that I can download and print out so I can walk myself through the information?

And I have no idea how I'm supposed to find the answer to this question, since you did not ask for my email or any contact information.

You can explore the Getting Started with xtraCHEF Guide, which provides detailed information to help you walk through the program at your own pace. Additionally, you can visit the Support Center for more xtraCHEF articles and resources. We also have Toast training with on-demand videos.
