Since we are using the Toast app, we would like the data from this platform to be reflected in GA4. Additionally, we’d like to set up conversion tracking from Toast in Google Ads.

Could you please assist us with this?

Yes, you can use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to measure performance analytics or marketing data from your Toast Online Ordering page. For more information, see Marketing & Analytics for Toast Websites and Online Ordering Pro.

The steps you shared aren’t working for us—we’re not seeing the options for Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 under the Integration section. Could you please provide alternative steps or suggest a different method to proceed? We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sorry to hear you didn't have the option. Are you using Online Ordering Pro or Toast websites? Based on the attached article, you may need Online Ordering Pro and/or Toast websites to access these features!

We reviewed the dashboard, but we’re unable to see the GTM options you suggested. For your reference, we’ve attached a screenshot. Could you please let us know if there are any alternate steps or options we should try?

Hello! Based on the screenshot, it looks like you're using the "Integration" section. Unfortunately, this is not an integration that can be added on. I have listed an image below showing the instructions on how to access the Google Pixel feature. However, I accessed your location based on the screenshot you sent, and it appears you do not have access to this feature. Sorry for the confusion, I'll send you a DM with more details!

While you do have basic tracking abilities. Toasts CSP generally restricts a lot the information you are looking for while tracking. Also, currently firebase tracking is not supported so you cannot track in apps yet.

The workaround that I created was to use GTM and create a custom Data Layer variable and use a conversion linker tag

Following this- I am attempting to track form submissions for a client for private events- they are using a toast embedded form and since Toast uses an i-frame, we are unable to track button clicks or create a re-direct page when a event submission is completed.

What's the best step to ensure we are able to track our Google Ads / GA4 performance within Toast? I've exhausted a few options and this is last resort.
