Why isn't one of my locations showing up?

I can toggle between my two locations in Toast back end, but I can't assign employees to more than one location. In the permissions, only one locations shows up as an option. Gotta be something simple I'm not finding!

The attached picture explains what I need to do, but not why I can't find my other location.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! This sounds like a linking issue. Were you able to see the other location before?

I looked up your location to try to see more. Could you give me the name of an employee who doesnt have access to the second location? I have sent you a DM of what I could find. When I select Permissions, both locations appear, and it seems you have all the necessary permissions as well.
If you haven't already, it could be helpful to open a case with support as well!

My issue was that the sales rep set it up incorrectly. It was solved by calling Toast support 3 or 4 times until I found someone that could help fix the mistake.
