    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this from a customer support rep via chat. This is completely not useful. My onboarding was complete almost 2.5 years ago and there is nothing to really tell what I'm looking for. I wish we could have more precise help in these cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After completing onboarding steps, Toast reviews and sets up the backend configuration. You should receive an email from Toast confirming successful configuration or requesting changes if something is wrong.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you did not receive this email, confirm that all onboarding steps were completed and that the correct email address is linked to the Toast account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <title>Did anyone notice mis-reporting of "Dining Option" for sales?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just yesterday I noticed that it reported DD and GH reporting "Takeout". But their backend only reports them as Delivery and has driver assigned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The integration is also Toast for the 3PD platforms. I have not noticed this until yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone see that anamoly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
