topic Toast Benchmarking Adjust by Hours in Back Office & Team

We’re only open for dinner and I’m wondering if there’s a way to adjust Toast Benchmarking so I can compare data only for our operating hours, or, if we expand, adjust it to see what others are doing in the benchmarking area. Ideally, I’d like to focus on the hours of 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Thanks for reaching out!

As of today, there is no option to compare specific hours across peers in the customer UI. Benchmarking does include an Hourly Sales Trends card and an “Included Time Range” setting (e.g., last 30 days / prior year). Benchmarking is oriented toward date-range and hourly trend visualization rather than peer comparison, limited to a specific time window.
In short, you can see hourly trends in Benchmarking, but you can’t (today) request a peer-set benchmark that only uses hours 4–10pm as a single UI filter.
