topic Labor Report in Back Office & Team

Hello. My business is a takeout pizzeria. I have a team of delivery drivers. We pay the drivers a portion of the delivery charge which is shown as gratuity. The gratuity is subtracted from their cash on hand at the end of the day and they leave that day with the gratuity. Their non-cash tips are added together weekly and given to them on their pay check. Weekly I export the Labor Summary Report for payroll. I do not use Toast Payroll or Catering and Events. The export has discrepancies with every employee collecting tips. The report on Toast displays correct tips, however, the export changes the tips of every individual by different amounts for each. The day I am running the report/exporting it is several days later with no orders being refunded or changed. The closeout for everyday is correct and captures all payments. All is closed and unchanged. Therefore, there is no “real time” or time aspect that should be affecting this. The export only changed the “Tip” section and only the “Export” in Excel is wrong. Does anyone know about this?
