Is there a way to merge duplicate guests in the guestbook?

Unless this is not available to everyone yet, but I do have a merge button in the backend guesbook, I have used it a few times. https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/crm/guestbook

Have you tried to merge two guest profiles with different emails or phone numbers?

I don't remember, possibly, I will see if I can find one I can test that on. Most of the time the duplicates are just multiples of the same person though.

I was thinking this could potentially be a workaround to solve the issue with customer profiles that are linked to a wrong phone number/email.

I finally found a profile with different numbers, it did let me merge them, and both numbers are now listed on the one profile. At first it didn't seem to work when looking up customer but then I found another profile associated and merged that one as well, now all three phone numbers seem to bring up the same guest under lookup customer on the pos.
