Forced Clock-in

Hello,

I am curious if there is a way to change having to clock in before using the POS system. Also, can you make it so that a check can be moved to a server who is clocked out? The system forces clock outs at the close of the day, but their work is not always done immediately following a closed register day.

Having employees to clock in before they can access POS system, you need to set the pay basis to "hourly" in their job position.

System should not force clock out employees in the closeout day unless you click on the auto-resolve issue

Like @au79teahouse mentioned you don't have to do clock outs to complete the close of day, actually anything that is orange and not red is optional and will auto complete at 4am. There is no way to change transfer to an hourly person that is not clocked in.
