Zapier & 3rd Party Integrations

Hi all! Seeking a means to connect Zapier or another 3rd party connector app that allows us to break our data free of Toast's limited offering and get it into more robust, real-time reporting tools. We are currently paying for API access, so this (ideally) is not a restriction in any outside the box suggestions and/or currently functional integrations. Google Sheets, Geckoboard, Todoist, email automations, etc. all come to mind in how we can further enhance our restaurant's day-to-day ops.

I'm with you, if Toast connected to Zapier we could auto-send a customer a reward code to fix an issue and do other things. It's the only thing Square can do that Toast can't. I logged a ticket with Toast to see if they could integrate with Zapier but they said no and closed it. Bummed

Integration with Zapier makes Toast the best platform on the market. Keeping Zapier out of the mix is a mistake.

Not having a iOS and Android manager apps, and instead relying on the WebApp, is another major miss. 😞

The app is in the works. The problem is currently none of the modules work together properly with one identifier so the app would be a layer of iframes and redirects which would be worse. What you can do is get data exports enabled. If you would like i can show you them and then you can manually link that endpoint to a zap or another platform
