Hello,

Just started using Toast and working our way through getting this figured out. Something I noticed from yesterdays reports. It shows my night bartender, who clocked in at 7:25 pm having sales from 2-3,3-4,5-6 & 6-7. Has anyone else seen this or have any idea why this would be?

there are a number of reasons it could be a tab from a prior day it. Also you can close transactions without clocking in

The sales times are based on when a check is opened, not when it is closed, so if you had transferred checks or customers that had been there a while it would show sales times before they were actually clocked in.
