How do I change my passcode on pos as the owner ? i can see & change all employees but not mine?

You should be able to, are you logged in under the owner account?

@Rubys Are you getting an error message? Or is the passcode options grayed out?

the whole pos access code option is not visible ... i go under employee and click on myself as owner .. it sends me to "my account" where there are 3 options - 1 , personal information 2 . change email /change password 3 . security with elevated permissions or multifactor

the multifactor was on but i turned it off in hopes that the elevated permissions would open up .

but nothing changed

Ok, you need to click on the pencil icon to edit, don't click on your name.
