Toast Tables will not allow guest to add themselves?

First time going on a wait with Toast Tables and guest can not add themselves from the link. I think I have everything set up properly, but is there something simple that I may be missing? Like a toggle, or some type of small setting. Toast support if offline:/

There is a toggle, but also further down there is one to allow joining when there is no wait as well.
