Is there a way to change the information that comes up on the header of a ticket in the KDS screen?

I know you can change if you see the ticket number or table number but I am looking specifically to show the server/bartenders name when entering a quick order. We have multiple bars in our location and it is very confusing for our expo to deliver food only seeing "Tim #616" We also get very busy to wear using seat numbers isnt always a option.

I don't think there is a way to achieve what you are looking for. Maybe we can come up a workaround if you can share a little bit more information about your operation.

Only option (right now) is to restrict them from using quick order altogether using permissions and force them to use table service.
