If we need to remake an item and need to re-enter in another ticket, is there a way we can bump this ticket up to the first item on screen instead of at the end? This would be considered a 911 ticket for us.

What is the normal procedure when entering re-makes or re-fires of an item?

Should we void in the initial, then re-enter in another item so that it is accounted for for inventory and waste purposes?

Hey @tianos, excellent questions! For remakes, we suggest comping the meal rather than voiding it, so creating a 100% discount that can be added to the ticket; this way, the inventory stays on track.
