Downloading Customer Emails Without a Marketing Essentials Account

I'd like to download our customer emails, but I stopped using the marketing app because we didn't use it often enough to justify the cost. Is there a way to download that without signing up for it again?

Based on what I can find, The Email Marketing Suite should allow you to access this information. You could also use the Loyalty program add-on, but downloading the emails may be a very manual process without the email marketing suite.
