Online Ordering Forced Popup to select Delivery/Pickup??

Hello,

We are looking for help - It looks like Toast recently made the selection for "Pickup" and "Delivery" quite small and we are getting a TON of people that placed their order, calling and asking where it is, and they never chose "Delivery" upon checkout because the toggle is so small. I believe it used to be Red and bolder, but even then, we had issues.

Is there a way to force a popup to select their Delivery Method and Time? Right now we have it pasted all over to select Delivery or Pickup before checking out but unfortunately it still gets missed, especially when most people are on mobile.

We thought maybe defaulting to Delivery would at least allow people to see the delivery charge upon checkout, but I don't see a way to do that either.

We have the same issue!! It happens at least 3 times a week at our pizza shop. I have been looking for a solution but haven't found one yet. There should be a Popup that makes them choose one or the other at check out

To default to Delivery, you can follow the steps in the article listed, but this removes the pickup options, which I'm not sure you want to do.
