Online Ordering - can we display different tip percentages on Online Ordering than on Guest Pay?

It doesn't seem right to show the same tip percentages in in-house ordering and on online ordering. Is there a way to set different percentages?

Unfortunately no, one thing you can do is have it show dollar amount suggestions instead of percentages if under a certain check amount (this would still affect guest pay). Might be helpful If your online orders tend to be lower in total price compared to in house orders, for example if check is under $20 show $0.50, $1, or $2 tip suggestions, if over it will show your percentage suggestions. Not a fix but a little better than suggesting someone tip 20% when they order one item online.

For quick-service restaurants, it's fine for customers to tip 5-8% for takeouts. But for delivery orders, customers generally want to tip a certain dollar amount (ie. $3, $4, $5+) depending how far they are from our location.

Is it possible to request this? I see that I'm not the only one that asked this question here...

Hey, thanks for reaching out; this is a great point that a few other customers have brought up. I think some locations have instead opted to enforce a delivery fee system. link below for how to set that up, but unfortunately, there isn't a formal way to request features yet.
