Which platform do you use for your delivery service, doordash or ubereats? I have noticed a few recent doordash orders took more than one hour for the dasher to pick up. If you use doordash, it's more like doordash side of issue.

Hi

I use Toast delivery and have been pushing my customers to use it instead of third parties. However, it has been taking one hour for food to be picked up. Customers are calling and complaining, and this has also compromised food quality.

Has anyone experienced this before, and what's the best fix?

I think Toast should have a dedicated team for toast delivery. It is a big business, and it's sad when you call and get tossed around and eventually get no answer.

Thanks for reaching out with this feedback. I can understand how frustrating this could be. Do you have a case with support open for this? I want to attach the case to the feedback for review!
