customer review QR codes- is this a thing?

Hi All!

I am interested in having a QR code at our tables that would direct a customer to leave a comment ( comment card style). I don't necessarily want to direct them to do a google review.

Is there a way to do this and direct them to the guestbook under marketing within toast?

Go to the guest feedback settings, there is a link and qr code there to get feedback directly. https://www.toasttab.com/restaurantguestfeedback/guestfeedbackconfig
