Email Marketing Features Needed

I would like to see more email marketing automations available than the 8 that toast has pre-made for you to choose. There is no option to create your own automations. I think the "We miss you" automation should be extended - if you want to send customers that haven't ordered in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc. Right now you can only pick one. I would like to have multiple with increasingly aggressive email offers to win them back.

Hi Rob,

Checking in to see if you had any insight to their response to adding these additional automation capabilities? I am considering switching my chains loyalty program over to a competitor that does offer these features.

Working on our email automations and loyalty program and we too would love to see the ability to send multiple win-back email offers!
