But somehow they were able to replace my device. The second unit has failed to read cards after 2 years. I ordered a replacement kit for the card reader after diagnostics. Just curious what others have seen. I hope I don't need to swap the base unit as well.&nbsp;</P><P>Is there any extended warranty program that goes beyond the 1yr?
