Feature Request: disable receipt screen on customer-facing display

We would like to have the option to remove the receipt screen from the customer-facing display. 1 out of 100 asks for one, so in the rare case, we can always reprint (or re-send) a receipt. That's the first reason for the request. The second is that the receipt screen displays after the tip screen and before the rewards screen, and multiple times a day customers will see the receipt screen and walk away, which means that they never get to the (more important) rewards screen.

There is an option in the back end to turn off the receipt screen, but it also turns off the tip screen. The disable options should be decoupled.

We asked for this a few years back but so far no dice.

Unfortunately, there is no visibility into feature requests at this time. I let the product team know about this, but there is no guarantee this will be implemented.
