    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We’re a full-service Italian restaurant in Florida (average check around &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;$50+&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) and have been using &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Toast Loyalty&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; for quite some time — mainly the traditional &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;points &amp;amp; discount–based&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We’re now considering switching our loyalty structure to a &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;visit-based model&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; — where guests earn rewards after a certain number of visits instead of by spending amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Our idea is that, even if the average check might decrease slightly, the &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;visit frequency&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; should increase — ideally leading to higher overall profit and stronger guest retention.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Before we make the switch, we’d love to hear from anyone who has &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;implemented a visit-based loyalty program&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; using Toast:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;How did you set it up (tiers, min spend, reward triggers)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;How did your guests respond compared to a points-based program?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;If possible, could you share &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;links to your restaurant’s loyalty page&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; or examples of how you communicate it publicly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We’re especially interested in seeing how other &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;full-service restaurants&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; (not quick-service or fast-casual) have structured it — or any creative hybrid models that worked well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any insight, reference, or screenshot would be hugely appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We’re happy to share our experience in return once our program goes live!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Grazie mille,&lt;BR /&gt;Maxim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
