topic Size Pricing And Happy Hour in Guest Experience

Hello everyone! I am curious to learn more about how everyone programs their toast systems for happy hour. I recently changed how I priced my draft beer and I am using size pricing. I currently offer Pints, Talls, and flights for my different sizes of beer. I have noticed with doing size pricing, I can no longer program toast to take dollars off pints of beer for happy hour. I am curious to learn how other program their draft beer, and how you program happy hour at other restaurants as well. Thank you!

I resorted to using Size-Based pricing combined with menu-based pricing, and a Happy hour Menu rather than a discount. The menu shows up only during restricted times. Then, using Advanced Properties, I open each item's applicable SIZE modifier in a new tab, and make each SIZE use menu-specific pricing instead of a base price (this is not doable in the main item screen where you choose size-based pricing. It must be done in Advanced properties after Size-Based pricing is initially set up). So on the normal menu, a SMALL might be $4.00, but on the happy hour menu, it is $2.00. I found this to be the best workaround. I would have preferred for it to be available in a discounts report, but it was too clunky for setup.
