    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to set up a promotion for new loyalty members who sign up through SMS. The goal is to automatically provide them with a promo code that gives them a percentage off their bill (for example, 10% or 15%) as an incentive for joining the loyalty program.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the moment, it appears that the only option available for new sign-ups is to award loyalty points. However, instead of points, we would prefer to issue a one-time percentage discount that can be redeemed on their next purchase.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a way to configure the system so that when a customer signs up via SMS, they automatically receive a promo code for a percentage discount? If this is possible, could you also advise on the best way to set it up or if there are any limitations we should be aware of?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, there isn't a&amp;nbsp; way to have the system automatically sending out email with one-time promo code to new signups.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
