I would like to set up a promotion for new loyalty members who sign up through SMS. The goal is to automatically provide them with a promo code that gives them a percentage off their bill (for example, 10% or 15%) as an incentive for joining the loyalty program.

At the moment, it appears that the only option available for new sign-ups is to award loyalty points. However, instead of points, we would prefer to issue a one-time percentage discount that can be redeemed on their next purchase.

Is there a way to configure the system so that when a customer signs up via SMS, they automatically receive a promo code for a percentage discount? If this is possible, could you also advise on the best way to set it up or if there are any limitations we should be aware of?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to have the system automatically sending out email with one-time promo code to new signups.
