topic Barcode Label Format in Guest Experience

Hello! My store recently switched to Toast Retail and are having massive issues with printing barcode labels to display prices to customers.

Our old POS system gave us an excel sheet with barcode numbers and names from items we selected, then we could plug that into Bartender, and it would format the labels onto an 8x2 sheet of perforated label paper. Toast gives us a pdf that is meant for sticker labels that make the price appear very small.

We purchased Dymo LabelWriter 550 to use 1 inch by 2-and-1/8-inch labels. But they are so small compared to our old (better) labels.

If anyone has any suggestions on how we can make this better, that'd be great:,) Otherwise, this is a feature suggestion to make Retail lives easier!

Thanks for reaching out based on what I could find this sounds like a feature request. Based on the attached article, it seems there might be a custom configuration you can apply on a computer to adjust this!

Toast Retail: Supported Barcode Label Sizes
