Children's Birthday parties

Hello,

We are a FEC (Family Entertainment Center), we have bowling, laser tag, arcade, a full-service restaurant, host children's birthday parties, corporate events, wedding and receptions many different types of events.

For the children's birthday parties, currently it is done all online, pick date, time, pizza and soda choice and then place deposit and sign contract. Is this possible with Toast Tables Experiences or Catering and Events ?

Can you give us a little more detail on your current set up/order of operations? Do you have an event planner speaking with the client or is this more of a self service type of situation for bookings?

Hello,

For this specific type of events (kids birthday parties), they book everything online they can pick a date, an available time slot, their pizzas choices, soda choices, what size t-shirt for the birthday child and sign a contract all online. We do not speak to them until we call them the week of the party and confirm numbers.

All other types of events I understand how to use Catering it's just these that I am trying to figure out .

I did see something in the toast test kitchen that allows pre ordering for reservations if you also use toast tables. that may work for you. I do not know of any mechanism within toast to do exactly what you are asking for.

Yep, they even have event spaces you can create and assign to specific events.
