UPDATES MESSED UP MY DINING OPTIONS

There were configurations that worked fine for my restaurant. For example when I placed a takeout order it would let us override the option to put a phone number to an order. Like if it's a customer that walks up to the counter to place their take out order, we used the take out option but did not need a phone number. NOW we HAVE to put a phone number or name that associated with an account.

Can you tell us which version you are on? I am still able hit done on the phone number screen to not enter a number.

Currently on Version 2.114

I called and they said there was a update rolled out this week for my restaurant.

Uh-oh. Hoping Toast will fix the issue before pushing the new update out to more businesses.

I got the same update, I used to hit "To Go" as an option when a customer walked in, and could skip the name/phone number, but now I can't anymore.

I really hope TOAST fixes this. I called on Saturday to see if they can get it fixed because it is an issue for the flow. I ended up talking to someone that says that it has been escalated to the programers but they don't work weekends. So now we are just hoping we receive a response that it will be fixed. But I will be following up with them soon

Pretty sure Toast will fix this. This issue also happened before in an update awhile back.
