Purchasing tickets is closed due to business hours

How do we leave open the ability to purchase tickets when the hours of operation are different? Can you walk me through how to fix that? Customers are trying to purchase now and cant because it states online ordering is closed.

@Isaac Are you asking how to set up your Online Ordering so customers can still order outside of business hours? That is not something we allow, but you can adjust your Online Order Schedule to lengthen the available time to order, and you could also set up future orders, which may help. If you can provide more context of what you need, there may be another way to accomplish this goal.
