    <description>&lt;P&gt;We also recently have the blue screen issue. Have to factory reset the kiosk daily. I was told to disable EloView which will temporarily fix the blue screen problem but customers may accidentally exit out toast app. Please advice if the issue has been fixed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Toast Community!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently received an update on our self order kiosks and wanted to know if anyone is experiencing the same issues we're having. Here's what we're experiencing -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Screen glitching when switching menus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The "cart" is no longer updated as customers are adding menu items. Once the item is "added" then the cart updates&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Kiosks frequently switching to a blue screen that reads "This device is not setup"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our self order kiosks are on of the main ways our customers order and we had very few issues before this update. Any tips? Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been getting the Blue Screen almost every day for last few days. Have to do a factory reset each time. This happened last summer after an update but a few days later Toast got it patched up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're still receiving the blue screen almost daily as well. Hopefully Toast gets this patched up soon. Have you found any temporary solutions or are you factory resetting every time? Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Care Team was able to assist me with my open ticket for this issue. EloView was fully disabled on the devices as a temporary fix as the team implements a permanent fix with elo view.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
