So with Google Ordering you can't use Promo Codes. It doesn't appear that Gift Cards can be used either. Anyone know if customers get Loyalty Points? So with all these issues what is the benefit of GO?

What about Promo Codes? And how is this better than the previous system when it just took the customer to our Toast Online Ordering page?

Unfortunately, promo codes do not work at this time. Compared to the other method of ordering, restaurants can meet guests where they are! This means that placing an order requires fewer clicks, and there's no need to navigate to another website. Additionally, customers who are already logged into Google can easily use their saved payment method.
