We have one guest who can not sign up for rewards. She has asked us to help, are we able to sign her up on the backend

Hey @Groundpounder, thanks for the question! You are not able to manually sign them up on the backend, however, this article goes through all of the ways you can use to help them sign up!

You can have the customer sign up by sending her your "Rewards signup" webpage. Right there customers can join as a new member by entering their email or their phone number.

To find the link to your Rewards sign up page,
1. On your Toast back-end home screen, scroll down to "restaurant info"
2. After clicking on "restaurant info", you should see several links to different webpages. Send the one that says "rewards signup" to this particular customer.
