Rewards Sign Up on Receipt

Is there A way to remove the line on the printed receipts asking for their phone number to sign up? The problem is that guests are filling it out without telling the servers, and its getting missed. We usually do our rewards through a card set up. Couldnt find it in the receipts set up page.

I believe under payment options turn off rewards signup under cash and credit, I think this will affect digital receipts and guest facing displays as well though, I have never tried turning it off before though.
