We utilize handheld devices for our drive thru so we can hand to customers for signing, tips, etc.. There are way too many buttons for customers to push and I see frequent exasperation. One thing I would love to eliminate is the survey. I can't seem to figure out how to do so, nor do I see any articles in Toast Central on that topic.
