We are in the process of building out our Loyalty Program on Toast and would like to do item-based redemptions. Like just about every restaurant out there who does item-based redemptions, we want to have multiple redemption tiers (e.g. 25 points for a free side or fountain drink, 50 points for a free appetizer or burrito etc.) However, in the Edit Points and Rewards page on ToastWeb I only seem to be able to create a single redemption tier. Am I missing something simple? Can anyone share a quick tip on how to create and save multiple tiers for item based redemption?
