You should see two or more accountants under the same phone number. Locate the card numbers.&lt;BR /&gt;4) go to &lt;A href="https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/transfercard" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/transfercard&lt;/A&gt; and merge the accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So essentially, the only way to replace a lost or damage card is to create a new account and then combine the new account with the existing one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I have a guest that has lost or damaged their loyalty card, is there a way I can assign a new card to the existing account?&amp;nbsp; Cant really find anything on the POS or in the back end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
