Former POS Gift Cards

We had our old/former gift cards from our Square POS system uploaded to be able to redeem/sell in Toast. At first, they were working. Now, we are no longer able to redeem or sell those cards. Please help.

Are you still able to look up those cards from Square on Toast Web?

Did we import the gift cards for you, or did you import them yourself from the previous location?

Toast imported them for us.

Since Toast imported them, you'll want to contact Toast Support to have them review the Gift Cards; you'll want to have a couple of gift card numbers ready for them to investigate.
You could import them all yourself, but I think you would still need to contact support to make sure all the old card numbers are removed before you can import them.
