To&nbsp;<STRONG>redeem</STRONG> loyalty rewards on a cash transaction, or to check on loyalty balance <STRONG>before</STRONG> cashing out, they need to let you know ahead of time. Before you enter the cash payment, you would tap “Rewards” at the bottom of the payment screen. If they don’t have their QR code to Scan, tap “Lookup” to perform a rewards lookup, where you can enter their phone number. Once the account is found, link it to that transaction and you will see their balance and the ability to redeem any rewards they have available.
