Is searching for Loyalty Rewards accounts extremely slow for anyone else?

We often have to add missing reward points.

When we do a search of Rewards Accounts on Toast Web, it can take up to 10 minutes or more. It just displays "Loading..." until it finds the account.

Does anyone else experience this?

We do have multiple stores and over 600,000 accounts/cards in the system, so perhaps that's the issue.

Does anyone know if searching for members would be faster if we used a different Loyalty provider that can integrate with Toast?

Sometimes it's pretty fast and other times It does take long time load. I guess it really depend on the status of the server. And our account size is no where close to your number. Toast should probably optimize the speed of searching. But moving away from Toast for a 3rd party integration partner may not be a wise choice because there might be some unexpected compatibility issues. Unless you are looking for more stronger and robust loyalty features that Toast's loyalty currently does not offer. Just a thought.

It's a lot faster to do this from the front end, if you go to rewards > adjust balance.

Thanks @au79teahouse yes, that was also my concern with using a 3rd party Loyalty provider.

Thanks @rcmck that's also why I'm so confused why it's so slow on Toast Web when it's so much faster on the POS.
