Hey there,
I'm currently developing a chicken drive-thru-only concept, and we're in the process of expanding. Our aim is to reach around 40 locations, and we're currently at number 4. I'm in search of recommendations for effective platforms that can handle accounting and inventory management and be easily rolled out across the company. Right now, I'm using Margin Edge and QuickBooks. What platforms have you used in the past or currently use for these purposes?

It doesn't read the invoices very well. I also had to scan the invoice and then go into the system to map every line item for every invoice.
The way it captured the sales data and sent the journal entries to QuickBooks was messed up, and the entries never balanced. Mostly, they never accurately captured paid-outs, credit card sales, and the associated toast fees as presented in Toast. The recipe entry is very dated, and the inventory setup is a complex one with no simple way of adjusting measure by and count by. Let's not talk about support 😅
