I'm looking for someone else with a similar setup. I use 7Shifts (we love using the 7Tasks integration and the Manager Log). We recently switched to Toast and Toast Payroll, and we were looking for a way to allow employees to clock-in and out from an app instead of the POS. We have several employees who work off-site at times and I would like them to be included in the labor summary in Toast and have a way to clock in/out. When using 7Punches to clock-in/out, our employees don't have access to ring up an order on Toast. It has really become a nightmare to do payroll now. I thought I was making things easier switching to Toast and Toast payroll, but it's not. 7Shifts seems to talk to Toast and vice versa, but 7Punches only communicates with 7Shifts and the info never gets transferred over to Toast.
I have tried support and can get no practical answers.
