Quickbooks Desktop web connector files

Hi there.  Does anyone know how often do you have to update the qwc files so your web connector will work properly?  The file we have is showing it was valid until 7/31/24 and of course Toast's "help" menu is too basic to touch on a specific such as this.

Are you talking about the connection between xtraCHEF and Quickbooks Desktop?

From what I know and have read, the only thing that expires there has to do with the certificate that shows up when you set it up the first time. I don’t have this feature, so can’t speak to it directly. Are you setting this up for the first time, or did it stop suddenly?

Are you able to attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
