Greetings to everyone impacted by the labor shortage!
Curious how ya'll feel about shared labor pools as a potential solution to the shortage. Basically restaurants and workers would be able sign up and then share open shifts across a shared database of experienced fellow food workers in the same neighborhood.
We're testing this idea out with a team of coders who are working on restaurant industry solutions and would love to know your thoughts on it.
