How is everyone logging their drink chips/tokens for drinks that are already paid for?

unfortunately, that wouldn't work when you pass out hundreds of tokens

You are right. I didn't think of that!

my best method is a special discount key that allows the token to be taken and put in the drawer.  It's not ideal but it will work.
