Cannot get ADD, ON SIDE, or Extra to show on screen

When you said "show on screen", what do you mean by that?

I don't see them on the screen so servers can select one and then choose a modifier like "extra" olives or Dressing "On side"

If you already created your pre-mod group, make sure you apply the pre-mod group to your modifier groups.
