Side option modifiers

Hey Everyone!!   Coffee Shop/Bakery/Fast Casual restaurant here.   I am looking to get our tickets that print to the kitchen corrected and can not seem to find a solution.  Here is a run down on how our POS is setup.  We have Main Menu, then a list of groups, (Omelets, Platters, Pizza, Salads, Espresso, Tea & Coffee, etc.)  then under those we have Items, lets say omelets in this case (Blackend Salmon Omelet, Veggie Omelet, etc) once you select an omelet, veggie.  It force shows "side options" with an option of MODS next to that.  How can i get the MODS for the Omelet to show under the Omelet and then how can i get MODS for the "side option" and also get that to show under the "side Option"  Currently all MODS show up under the side even if the staff mean they are for the omelet.  So then they have to type in what MOD goes where.  Any help would be great!!  Thank You

If you allow modifiers on the hashbrowns I would nest those modifiers under that side only, or any side that also has mods. 

You will need to use the legacy menu editor, go to your sides options, hover over the hashbrown side and click the right arrow to edit the hashbrown mod, then attach an existing modifier group or make a new one specifically for hashbrowns. 

Here is an example of how it would show on a ticket with the mods nested under the side.

Are you saying they show up under a side course on the ticket instead of under the item? Are you using an existing 'Sides' menu group as the sides modifiers for omelets?

No sorry.  I probably didnt explain well.  When i order an omelet i have it to force show side options. So i choose hashbrowns.  So then my guest would like to add gouda cheese to the omelet, i have Mods for that, but they would also like to add onions and cheddar to the hashbrowns.  When my staff punch them in they all show up under the hashbrowns, so the kitchen thinks its all for the hash.   How would i have mods for the omelet show under the omelet then the mods for the hashbrowns show under the hashbrowns?

Looks like i got that set up.  But now the omelet mod is showing under the side options. So i did a omelet add bacon then did the hashbrown add cheddar. When selecting the side it went in-between the omelet and the add bacon.   I would need it to show omelet, under that have the omelet mod, then under that the side option, then under that the side option mods.   Thank you so much for your help
