Hello Ya'll,
Through the recent journey of adding Toast to a Marriott property, I have found Toast is not always up to speed nor is prepared to handle support needs with how to handle Marriott properties. I thought I would share some information that may be helpful to you in case you run into the same issue I did with adding/changing promos/discounts.
Marriott now handles Discount/Promo creation and management through the GPOS team and you cannot do it yourself. If you need a discount/promo added or changed you will need to open a ticket up on Service Now:
