Uber eats

Hello everyone hope all is well, I want to know if anyone is having issues with Ubereats chargeback customer refunds with out consulting with you. we are getting robbed blind with all the refunds they are hitting us with without cause. just wondering if any of you dealing with same issues. please comment and share your experience. thank you

If you are in a big city This is normal. Get your count advisor involved and dispute them. Also have the drivers sign some thing saying they have checked all the items and they are correct. Then, it will be uber's responsibility of the charge back

Yes, it is awful. Uber messes up, their drivers steal food, they deliver Bob's food to Mary and Mary's food to Bob and then they just yank the money from us and it's up to us to babysit the account and watch for them taking the money and dispute it. It's yet another thing we have to babysit.  So frustrating.
