Fulfillment of side - Pizza Salad Combo

Hello,

I have a popular item of an 8" pizza salad combo.  We serve the salad first while the pizza is cooking.  The salad is configured as a modifier for the 8" pizza.  My struggle is that we cannot mark the salad fulfilled independent of the pizza.  Anyone have a solution for this?

To fulfill a modifier independently from its parent item, you will need to set that modifier to have a different course or prep station.

Just a quick question. How many KDSs at prep station level and KDSs at expediter level do you have?

We are a smaller kitchen. We have two KDS one as prep station and one as expediter.

The prep station is at our pizza station at one end of the line.  That station is responsible for pizzas and a few other items like nachos. 

The main KDS has all orders on it and our main focal point for the kitchen.  And where we mark all items as fulfilled.
